Does the system work without internet?

ElroTech POS keeps selling and invoicing offline, and syncs automatically once the connection comes back. Our other systems require a connection for normal use.

Do you comply with Costa Rica's Tax Authority?

Yes. Electronic invoicing follows the current official format and is approved by the Ministerio de Hacienda.

Can I start with one product and add another later?

Yes, each product is contracted independently, and we can discuss integrations between them based on your needs.

Do you offer support in Spanish?

Yes, all of our support is local and in Spanish, with direct knowledge of your industry.
